Dole v. Chandler, 05-1868

Grant of summary judgment for defendant in a 42 U.S.C. 1983 action by a prisoner against prison guards is reversed and remanded for further proceedings where defendant substantially complied with the Prisoner Litigation Reform Act by placing a complaint into the prison mail system.
