U.S. v. Baker, 04-4344

Appellant's conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. - 922(g)(1) is affirmed where appellant's entrapment by estopple defense defense, rejected by the trial court, lacked any supporting evidence to show that a law enforcement officer had actual to tell appellant that possession of guns was legal.
