US v. Goins, 05-3185

Denial of defendant's motion to suppress evidence in a prosecution for drug and firearms offenses is affirmed where defendant's girlfriend had apparent authority to consent to a search of defendant's apartment, and a gun found improperly should not be excluded pursuant to the inevitable discovery doctrine.
