Semien v. Life Ins. Co. of N. Am., 04-3664

Denial of plaintiff's discovery requests and grant of summary judgment to defendants in an ERISA dispute over the termination of plaintiff's long term disability benefits are affirmed where defendant's decisions were not arbitrary or capricious, and plaintiff presented no prima facie evidence of misconduct or conflict of interest.
