Scarver v. Litscher, 05-2999

Summary judgment for defendants in a prisoner's civil rights suit alleging violation of his constitutional right not to be subjected to cruel and unusual punishment is affirmed where plaintiff failed to cite evidence to overcome defendants' denials that they knew cell conditions were making his mental illness worse.
