US v. Laufle, 04-3978

Defendant's sentence pursuant to a guilty plea to a marijuana-trafficking conspiracy is affirmed over defendant's claims of sentencing error where there was no error in the calculation of the Guidelines sentencing range, and the sentence imposed was not unreasonable.
