ConFold Pac., Inc. v. Polaris Indus., Inc., 05-1285

Summary judgment for defendant, a manufacturer of snowmobiles and other vehicles, in a suit for breach of contract and unjust enrichment involving a proposal containing a shipping container design is affirmed where the contract at issue did not bind defendant from revealing to a third party plaintiff's proposed container design, and there was no error on summary judgment of the unjust enrichment claim.
