Pepper v. Village of Oak Park, 04-3948

Summary judgment for defendants in a civil rights case under 42 U.S.C. section 1983 is affirmed where there was no consitutional violation of plaintiff's rights since no evidence suggested a police officer acted improperly or unreasonably in supervising removal of property from plaintiff's home.
