US v. Lucas, 05-1301
Defendant's conviction and sentence for obstruction of correspondence are affirmed where the district court did not abuse its discretion in refusing to accept defendant's guilty plea since the district court had adequate grounds to doubt that defendant had acted with the -design to obstruct.-
