Doe v. Smith, 05-1903

In an invasion of privacy case stemming from the alleged distribution of a hidden camera recording of consensual sexual relations between the underage parties, the district court's dismissal of plaintiff's complaint is reversed where plaintiff sufficiently pled a claim under federal wiretapping statutes.
