Ienco v. Angarone, 03-4193

Summary judgment for defendants in a civil rights claim stemming from an illegal arrest is affirmed where plaintiff failed to present sufficient evidence to create a genuine issue of fact that the defendants violated his due process rights, and plaintiff abandoned any Fourth Amendment claim he may have had.
