In multi-claim contract and tort law case, denial of judgment as a matter of law for defendant is reversed with regards to plaintiff's claim for tortious interference with prospective economic advantage since defendant did nothing more to -interfere- with plaintiff than compete for business in the cellular phone market; the remaining rulings in favor of defendant are affirmed.
