Thornton v. Snyder, 04-1500

In plaintiff-prisoner's appeal of his 42 U.S.C. section 1983 civil rights claims, grant of summary judgment in favor of defendants on plaintiff's cell conditions claim is reversed since plaintiff had exhausted his administrative remedies, but summary judgment for defendants is affirmed with regard to use of a videoconference trial for plaintiff's yard exercise claims.
