In an appeal by the Association of Flight Attendants (AFA) challenging the settlement agreement between United Air Lines (UAL) and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) regarding AFA's pension plans, the district court ruling upholding the settlement agreement, which allows PBGC to consider termination of AFA's pension plan, is affirmed.
