Montgomery v. Uchtman, 03-4201

Denial of plaintiff's habeas corpus petition is affirmed over his claims that 1)the trial and sentencing violated due process, 2)he received ineffective assistance of counsel, and 3)his waivers of his right to a jury at trial and sentencing were not knowing and voluntary.
