Stachowski v. Town of Cicero, 04-2782

Dismissal of policeman-plaintiff's lawsuit, claiming that defendant-Town deprived him of property when it did not give him pay while he was suspended, is affirmed where he failed to state a claim under Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6).
