McDonald v. Household Int'l Inc., 04-3259

Dismissal of plaintiff's suit for promised medical insurance coverage, for failure to state a claim upon which relief could be granted, is reversed where he may have a claim for the reimbursement of the medical expenses since he was a plan participant at the time of his injury.
