Lauth v. McCollum, 04-3782

The district court properly dismissed plaintiff-police officer's section 1983 suit which claimed that the police chief deprived him of the equal protection of the laws when the chief asked the Board of Police Commissioners to sanction plaintiff for misfeasance.
