Dawson v. Newman, 04-2894

In a section 1983 suit alleging wrongful continued incarceration, defendant-parole officials are not entitled to absolute immunity where they allegedly refused to investigate plaintiff's claim of entitlement to release on parole in the ordinary course of their duties.
