Fisher v. Lovejoy, 04-3776

Dismissal of plaintiff's section 1983 claim, alleging that defendant did not protect him from being stabbed by other inmates, is affirmed where no reasonable jury could conclude that his due process rights were violated when he was ordered to stand near other hostile inmates.
