Westra v. Credit Control of Pinellas, 04-3139

Plaintiff's suit under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, alleging that defendant-credit union failed to conduct a reasonable investigation of fraudulent activity on a credit report, is dismissed where defendant's failure to contact plaintiff did not make its investigation unreasonable.
