United States Seventh Circuit

In cases concerning Booker v. US, 125 S. Ct. 738 (2005), where it is difficult to determine whether the error was prejudicial, the appellate court should order a limited remand to permit the sentencing judge to determine whether he would reimpose his original sentence.
