SOLON v. KAPLAN, 04-2113
Plaintiff's suit under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, alleging wrongful termination of his employment, is dismissed where plaintiff's status as a former law firm partner rendered him an employer, and he therefore was not protected by Title VII.
