PIERSON v. HARTLEY, 02-3491

In a section 1983 action, a judgment as a matter of law against plaintiff-inmate's suit is reversed where allowing a prisoner with a weapons conviction to live in the dormitory with plaintiff is sufficient to demonstrate deliberate indifference under the Eighth Amendment.
