Plaintiff's petition alleging that Order No. 30, which allows certain milk producers to opt out of minimum pricing structures, violates equal protection and contravened the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act by permitting unfair trade practices is dismissed where plaintiff has not established an equal protection violation and cannot bring an unfair trade practices claim.
