US v. DIAMOND, 02-1070

Defendant's convictions for conspiracy, mail fraud, and wire fraud are affirmed, however, her sentence is reversed where it was improperly based on the entire amount of money involved in the crime, which was error since she was not part of the conspiracy for its entire life-span.
