United States Seventh Circuit
FIRST NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST v. AM. EUROCPOTER CORP., 02-2274
In a wrongful death case, the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of defendant is affirmed where defendant is not liable as a matter of law under Indiana's sophisticated intermediary doctrine since it was not unreasonable for defendant to expect that the helicopter pilots would protect passengers from rotor blade dangers.
