BLICKENSTAFF v. R.R. DONNELLEY & SONS, CO., 03-2116
The district court's determinations, that defendant did not act arbitrarily and capriciously in terminating plaintiff's disability benefits and that plaintiff was not entitled to reinstatement, is affirmed; however, the imposition of sanctions is reversed insofar as it relates to plaintiff's use of an affidavit of an expert witness.
