United States Seventh Circuit

US v. SIMS, 02-4138

Defendant filed a motion under Fed. R. Crim. P. 41(g) to retrieve seized property, and the Court affirmed the district court's ruling because defendant's claim was barred by the six-year statute of limitations and because some of the property sought was not listed in the Rule 41(g) motion and thus forfeited.
