LINDELL v. LITSCHER, 03-2651

In a civil rights case, the Court reversed summary judgment against defendant on his First Amendment claim, finding that the defendant's confiscation of picture postcards in plaintiff's cell may have violated his free speech rights and that the case should have been allowed to proceed.
