Defendant ATM repair man unsuccessfully challenged his conviction under 18 U.S.C. Section 656 for stealing in excess of $1000 from ATM's on the grounds the statute did not apply to him because he was not "an agent employee of, or connected in any capacity with" with the victim bank.
