United States Seventh Circuit

MCDONALD v. VILLAGE OF WINNETKA, 03-1457

Plaintiff's Equal Protection "class of one" claim was rejected, because he failed to show someone similarly situated who had been treated differently, where he alleged he was the focus of an arson investigation in effort by the fire department to conceal its own negligence.
