LITTLE v. ILLINOIS DEP'T OF REVENUE, 02-2507

Summary judgment was appropriate as to plaintiff's claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. section 2400 and First Amendment retaliation because defendants were able to put forth a legitimate reason for plaintiff's termination.
