WOODWARD v. CORR. MED. SERVS. OF ILLINOIS, INC., 03-3147

A reasonable jury could find that defendant's custom of failing to follow proper procedures with regard to mentally ill inmates led to the underlying, successful suicide attempt. Wrongful death jury verdict for plaintiff is affirmed.
