METZGER v. DAROSA, 01-3093, 01-3300
In light of the Illinois Supreme Court's holding that section 19c.1 of the Illinois Personnel Code does not grant whistleblowers an implied private right of action, JMOL for defendants is affirmed. Summary judgment with respect to plaintiff's First Amendment retaliation claim is affirmed.
