United States Seventh Circuit

EL-KHADER v. MONICA, 03-2178

8 U.S.C. section 1155 expressly leaves the decision to revoke a previously approved visa petition to the discretion of the Attorney General, thus section 1252(a)(2)(B)(ii) precludes judicial review of such decisions. Dismissal for lack of subject matter jurisdiction is affirmed.
