US v. HITE, 02-2808

Because the restricted testimony as to a Russian roulette incident tended to establish the possession element of the charged crimes, it was allowable under the inextricably intertwined doctrine. Exclusion of hearsay statement suggesting that defendant did not own the firearms was not error.
