United States Seventh Circuit
GRINNELL SELECT INS. CO. v. BAKER, 03-2730
It is clear from the auto policy's anti-stacking clause that adding a car to the policy increases the number of vehicles covered, but not the limits for any one car or accident; reasonable insureds would not expect quadruple the coverage for double the premium. Summary judgment for defendants is reversed.
