LEIPZIG v. AIG LIFE INS. CO., 03-3300, 03-3506

Defendant's decision to deny ERISA benefits to the "chief dealer" at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange was neither arbitrary nor capricious. Many persons with serious heart conditions work at stressful jobs for years without ill effects.
