United States Seventh Circuit

US v. SENSMEIER, 02-3548, 02-3549

Defendants, found to have defrauded their employer of approximately $80,000, unsuccessfully appeal their sentences. They waived any objection on the basis of the court's failure to offset intended loss with the alleged value gained by their employer; district court did not abuse its discretion either in calculating restitution, or in holding defendants jointly and severally responsible for it.
