United States Seventh Circuit

WYNINGER v. NEW VENTURE GEAR, INC., 03-1632

Summary judgment for defendant on former employee's Title VII claims is affirmed. Exclusion of evidence consisting of gender discrimination allegations by another female employee was not an abuse of discretion; corrective action taken by defendant in response to plaintiff's harassment complaint was reasonable; defendant gave an unrebutted, nondiscriminatory and non-retaliatory explanation for firing her.
