United States Seventh Circuit

COOPER-SCHUT v. VISTEON AUTO. SYS., 03-2205

Plaintiff failed to state an actionable hostile work environment claim, as her employer responded reasonably when alerted to workplace hostilities. Her constructive discharge claim fails because the alleged racial and sexual harassment was mostly mild, and because she quit while her employer was still investigating the harassment.
