United States Seventh Circuit

US v. TORO, 03-2965

Conviction of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute more than one kilogram of PCP is affirmed. In deciding to admit testimony concerning defendant's distribution of PCP in 1996 and possession of PCP in 1999, the district court properly balanced the probative value of that evidence against its prejudicial impact.
