United States Seventh Circuit
US v. ADEYEYE, 02-3872
No testimony at the suppression hearing supports defendant's claim that he was singled out for investigation on account of his ethnicity, or that his encounter with Customs agents was other than consensual. He was properly found not to be entitled to a "safety valve" reduction under U.S.S.G. section 2D1.1(b)(6).
