NOLAN v. US, 02-2162

The one-year statute of limitations is not equitably tolled for prisoner's 28 U.S.C. section 2255 motion. Though he knew that the clock was ticking on his section 2255 motion while his Rule 33 motion was pending on appeal, he waited three years before filing it.
