United States Seventh Circuit
HROBOWSKI v. WORTHINGTON STEEL CO., 03-2167
A reasonable jury could find that plaintiff's hearing repeated, unwelcome racial epithets created an objectively hostile work environment. However, because none of the alleged harassers was plaintiff's supervisor, and defendant-employer was not shown to be negligent, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed.
