United States Seventh Circuit

ZIMMERMAN v. CHICAGO BD. OF TRADE, 02-3844, 02-3997

There is no evidence that defendant's dominant motive in adopting the Emergency Resolution requiring public liquidation of July 1989 soybeans futures contracts was held in bad faith, although the price of soybeans in the cash market may have been temporarily depressed as a result.
