United States Seventh Circuit

US v. MYERS, 02-3497

Defendant, convicted of charges relating to the receipt and possession of child pornography, unsuccessfully appeals from the resulting sentence. The distinction between receipt and possession of child pornography is not meaningless, as the prohibition on receipt includes a scienter requirement.
