ANDERSON v. CORNEJO, 02-2234, 02-2248

Although Customs personnel may well have practiced race or sex discrimination at O'Hare Airport, choosing some people for non-routine searches without reasonable suspicion that they were violating the law, managerial defendants are not vicariously liable for such discrimination.
