Alien's due process challenge to 8 U.S.C. section 1226(c) fails. Although his probationary disposition is not a "conviction" under Illinois state law, it is a "conviction" as defined for immigration purposes; since he is thus deportable under section 1226(c)(1)(B), his detainment is constitutional.
